I want to provide forward thinking leisure and fitness organisations with the necessary information, advice and training to enable them to measurably improve their customer experience, retention rates and membership revenue.
Since 2002 I have been working with operators on a variety of areas including, increasing retention, reducing attrition, improving exercise adherence, as well as behavioural and cultural change.
Retention Guru has two aims: Improve the health club experience for members, increase the revenue generated by each member.
I work with existing clients and a small number of new clients each year. I am not trying to build the biggest company in the fitness industry, just the most respected in this area. I use a range of techniques that include data analytics to customer service training, all with the focus on retention and attrition.
