What's the likely hood or the probability of a member visiting next month if your staff speak to them during a visit this month?
If they have one interaction with a member of staff this month, they are 20% more likely to visit again next month.
If they have two to three interactions this month, they are 50% more likely to visit next month.
And if staff speak to them on four or more occasions, so four interactions on four occasions, they are 80% more likely to visit next month.
It doesn't really matter where they are in the month.
If they are in the last week of the month and they only come once, if staff speak to them today or speak to them on their next visit, it increases the likelihood of them coming in next month by 20%
